How do I cash out?
On the app:
- Open your Purpl app and tap on Cash Out
- Add the amount you want to cash out
- Choose MTM as your cash out option
- Click on continue
You have now generated a reference number and a security code.
At MTM location:
Make sure to have your ID when cashing out from an MTM agent
- Tell the agent that you are cashing out a Purpl transaction
- Provide the agent with the reference number, security code and ID
- Happy cash out!
How do I top up?

- Open your Purpl app and tap on Top up
- Select Top up with cash
- Enter the amount to be paid
You have now generated a reference number.
At MTM location:
- Tell the agent that you are topping up your Purpl wallet
- Provide the agent with the reference number and pay the due amount
