On April 4th, we at Purpl joined forces with Harmony Havens, and The Weekly Resolution® to host a dynamic workshop titled “Freelancer’s Guide to Work-Life Balance: 5 Expert-Proven Strategies.”
The free event took place at Beirut Digital District, and attracted a diverse group of over 70 freelancers, all eager to navigate the often-challenging task of balancing work demands with personal well-being.
Building Strong Connections
The day kicked off with introductions, allowing Purpl and our collaborators to connect with the audience directly. We highlighted our commitment to understanding the unique needs of freelancers, specifically focusing on streamlining international money transfers through our user-friendly digital wallet app.
Apart from answering questions related to how Purpl works, we discussed upcoming features and the services that freelancers are still seeking to make their jobs easier.

Ditching the lecture format, the workshop offered a dynamic experience led by the expert Chantal Souaid. Freelancers weren’t just passive listeners; they actively participated in discussions and tackled their individual challenges. The Uno-Trio® life balance framework was introduced – a method designed to bring harmony to various aspects of life.
Through engaging exercises and brainstorming sessions, attendees discovered how to integrate this framework into their daily routines. To solidify these concepts and spark motivation, attendees created their own personalized Uno-Trio® Vision Boards. These visual representations of their goals and priorities are meant to become a constant reminder of their journey towards achieving work-life balance.
Beyond the learning, the event fostered a sense of community. During breaks, freelancers were eager to connect and share experiences, sparking valuable networking opportunities.
